WINLPG – Changing the face of the industry.
Gender balance in the LPG industry is not optimised and WLGA is in a unique position to start make a change. This change is to be driven by WINLPG. WINLPG is a global network that will recommend actions and activities as part of the WLGA strategic planning process to address this issue. Want to know what we have planned for this year? THE 2025 WINLPG AWARDS ARE NOW OPEN
🏆 Our 2025 awards are now open, and as WINLPG celebrates our first decade in 2025 these awards take on a special significance. The three presitigious WINLPG awards recognise women in our industry in three categories: Woman of the Year; Young Woman of the Year (under 35 years of age); and Field/Technical Groundbreaker Award (for those inspirational women who work in the field).

The deadline for all applications is Thursday 31st July 2025 and our winners will be announced during Liquid Gas Week in Rio de Janeiro in September 2025.
WINLPG celebrates ten years
2025 marks a significant and exceptional year for WINLPG as we celebrate ten years since the launch of our network. This is a decade of supporting women, spreading the word, uniting women in our industry, and doing our best to literally change the face of the global Liquid Gas community. As Co-Founder of WINLPG, along with Nikki Brown, we are hugely proud of the advancements this network has made and thank everyone who has worked so hard to make WINLPG the success it thoroughly deserves to be. We now have some 4,000 members and fourteen national chapters around the world. We have come a long way since we launched in Singapore in 2015. Of course this is just the start, and with everyone’s help, we are excited about what the next ten years hold in store for women in our exceptional industry! Thank you for your support.
